My gratitude journal is one of those simple ring binder journals. With or without lines is really up to you. If you are a doodling enthusiast you might go without lines! Besides gratitudes, I often find myself filling up pages to the margins with to-do’s, doodlings, and ideas for posts. I usually go through a binder every month because I end up including more then just my daily gratitudes! Nothing is more compelling to keeping a high vibration then keeping a gratitude journal. When you are feeling blue, GIVE. When you are feeling unworthy, GIVE. When you feel stuck, GIVE……Its not just giving your money that causes a high vibration, but your time. Tell me when the last time you gave some time to someone and felt shitty about it? NEVER!!!
Daily gratitude journals are a life saver this time of year. You must make a point to write in it every day and when you are feeling a little extra pressure or a even a little lack of confidence- turn to your gratitude journal for your pep. If you cant find anything to write at the moment, then take a few minutes to reflect on what has been written previously. You will find that just reading your prior entries will give you peace and maybe even a little inspiration to find something to be grateful for today!
