What’s in my way

Have you ever wondered why you long for that perfect partner, that trim- fit body, the financial ability to do what you want? Because all these things are your birthright! We just get in our own way of having them. Although our childhood may bring fond memories it also brings limitations and misbeliefs in ourselves that we don’t even know are there. They are called limiting beliefs and we hold them so close for so long, they become nested into our subconscious. Unknowingly we will stop short, sabotage, and sometimes even completely ignore our birthright.

  1. What a windy day! If its not tied down, it might blow away! Too bad our limiting subconscious beliefs cant be tossed into the wind as easily as the patio chair today! Most people are going to tell themselves that the wind is too strong to fight against. I’m hear to tell you that you do not have to fight against nature. And your limiting beliefs are natural to you. You will feel like you are trying to move forward only to have the wind blowing you back. Today I invite you to work with the wind. Today- challenge yourself to instead of pushing against the wind all day, turn and ride with it. Acknowledge your limiting beliefs. Once they are acknowledged, they can then be eliminated. So go ahead….let the winds blow! Happy Elimination Day!

  2. Not being able to gather….What? Its Thanksgiving! What is there to be grateful for if you cant celebrate with loved ones?…Well, I’m glad you ask! Just the basic “essentials” are enough, or should be. But if not, then consider-Sun, Rain, Warmth, Cool, Pet, Family willing to wait to see you, Internet, Phones, Paper and pencil to write letters via the USPS, favorite PJ weather, Eyes to see Gods beauty, and of course, your most precious possession-your thoughts! Use them wisely and become thankful for all your surroundings!
