Meditation

Lately Ive heard a lot of chatter about meditation. With the pandemic, more and more people are having find ways to “get out of there home” without ever leaving! The best way is to meditate! Some people use the television to do it! But I don’t recommend that one! Reading is a good one but the ultimate best way is clearing the mind. Becoming aware of being. Becoming less aware of body, less aware of time, and less aware of space. When you can do this, you can raise your vibration to higher levels and attract higher level vibrations in return. I invite you to meditate for 10 minutes at least 2 times per day. Once you achieve a meditative state your not going to care about time anyway! Once you achieve deep meditate state, you will Want to start meditation twice a day, and as time goes, your going to want to do it more often because of how good you feel-pretty soon you’ll be able to do it just walking down the street! Can you imagine the happiness you could create in all the people around you just by being happy! Happy hump day!
