So the vaccine is out and getting distributed! Are you going to take it! That seems to be the question of the day. Everyone has their own opinion including myself. I think I’m going to wait this one out. The infamous Dr Fauci said that we need about 75% of the population to get vaccinated for a “herd immunity” effect. I’m hoping the ones that choose to take it will equal the 757% without me! I don’t know why, other then I think my mind can make me sick and my mind can make me better. I do not practice “healing” but I know a few who do. I do not expect to get COVID and heal myself but, If I get COVID, I do believe I will heal, by myself-like many others before me. To each there own and I do not judge. We are one, capable of making individual choice! Our gift from the creator. Free will to choose! Your birthright! Unless your in a nursing home or a healthcare worker. Those are mandatory. It will be interesting to see how this plays out and who is next for mandatory vaccination! This, of course is here in the US. I don’t know how its playing out around the world, but I’m sure we’ll be hearing about it in days and weeks to come. Well that’s my take. How is everyone else feeling!….Do you have some sense of direction now? Is there some relief being spread in your consciousness with the vaccine rollout or are you now wondering about the side effects and still uncertain about how this will go moving forward? This is why I invite you to meditate. The best way forward is with a clear mind and we cant get the clear mind with all the background noise going on. Meditation will allow you to reset. Gain the ability to be calm and sit in peace. Tapping into the oneness and the wholeness, the abundance. Allow yourself to detach from the world and be still. Feel the love, gratitude, and joy flow through your body while you are still. 10-15 minutes per day will make a big difference calming the monkey mind! Try it out! Never been a better time and there are so many good guided meditations out there on the internet, that you don’t even have to try-just perform. You’ll be glad you did!
