Tapping

Hello everybody! I just wanted to talk a little about tapping today. In case you are not familiar with tapping, it’s an exercise used for various purposes from removing limiting beliefs to clearing brain fog. There really is no limit to what you can tap for. It’s been used for years and with great success. I just did a tapping this morning on motivation. It really is a powerful technique and I encourage anyone to check it out. The Ortners have a great forum. Pretty sure you can find them on FB and Utube. I have subscribed so I get invites to the tapping world summit which is chalked full of different tapping’s. I have found it to be very easy to do and very helpful to myself. If you have never tried it, I encourage you to give it a shot. If you have tried it, you know what I’m talking about! Tapping involves several body points. You gently “tap” on different points of the body that illicit the RAS. Inviting the words to enter your subconscious mind. For more on tapping, look up Nick Ortner, Brad Yates, Peta Stapleton, Dawson Church, Kris Carr, Geneen Roth, Dr Damon Silas…..the list goes on and on. So many talented tappers its impossible to know or recommend them all. Just check it out and find one that resonates with you. You won’t be sorry you did! Open your mind and body to different techniques. What do you have to lose besides a belief that is limiting your future, or a thought that is holding you back, or a habit that is causing you to remain short of your goals. If you live in purpose and you think from design, you will grow by default. And we all know growth is measured by our results. How are you living, how are you thinking, how are you growing? How are your results? Hope this helps someone today! Have a great one and always come back for inspiring ideas and encouraging words! Thanks for putting yourself first!
