Breathing

The easiest and fastest way to get you into a can do state, or a positive state is to focus on your breathing. You will have thoughts that come up but I want you to just send them away in a cloud. As they come up, do not try to minimize them, I want you to recognize them,. Do not judge them, do not try to control them. Just let them be. Once they are seen and acknowledged, you can then let them float away in a cloud. A big pink cloud! Off into the bliss…..and continue to focus on your breathing. You should pick one area that your breathing is relating too. The crispness of the air as it passes through your nose, the rise and fall of your belly with each breath, the sensation of the warm air leaving your body…whatever it is, focus on one thing and let your mind clear and relax, because it will! It may take a few minutes, don’t fight the thoughts, just let them come and go. Once in a calm peaceful state, there is no limiting beliefs, self doubt, or judgement. Its a lovely place to reframe your perspective! Give it a try!
