Are you getting everything you want?

If you are not attracting what you want into your life, there might be an easy fix! Ive made a list of the top ten reasons why you may not have everything you want in your life right now. Life is not supposed to be hard. Overworking yourself is not the way to “get ahead”. And if someone once told you that the only way to get the things you want out of life is to work hard, Im afraid they misinformed you! Take a look at my top five list and see if any resonate with you.

  1. Your not clear on what you want
  2. Too much focus on what you don’t want
  3. Limiting Beliefs
  4. Your using force instead of attraction
  5. Your in control mode instead of surrender mode

I’m going to be offering a class to dig a little deeper into each of these subjects. I’ll be giving some tips on becoming aware of negative thoughts, how to shift them, and what to shift them too! If anyone is interested, stay tuned or send a message of interest so I can be sure to include you when the class is scheduled. Have a purposeful day!

CARE OR CONTROL

Are you controlling under the disguise of care? If you really care for somebody you will not get upset, angry, or hurt. You will keep searching for different ways to help, encourage, or comfort them. If you are struggling in a relationship, you should stop and observe if there is any control hidden behind your care! Others are not typically wrong, just different. Try caring instead of controlling and change two futures!

Care creates love while Control feeds your ego

Care engages connections while Control cuts them off

Care encourages healing while Control causes pain

Emotions

Your emotions are a manifestation of your conscious recognition of misalignment of your true self. If you are happy, you are in alignment of your purpose. If you are miserable, its because you are not lined up with your purpose. Your brain will often lead you astray from your purpose. Not on purpose! Its just that your mind is designed to protect you and it has been conditioned-through human experience, to certain beliefs. When your mind gets in the way and leads you astray, you can feel it in the form of negative emotions. Its easy to keep thinking the things you have for your entire life, but its not always easy to make sense of the “hardness” of life. Life should not be hard, or negative. This only happens when you are not lined up with your purpose. Your inner self knows your purpose but your brain doesn’t want to hear it! Your inner being is always with you and always showing you the way to your purpose. Your brain has been conditioned to ignore your inner being-again, not on purpose! You have been taught and told your whole life to do this, act like this, go here, be here, don’t do that, don’t try that, eat more, eat less, want more, want less, make this a priority, keep away from there……I could go on and on but you get the point. Most of our thoughts and our “shoulds” in life is not even our own. They come from other human beings and they are generally not serving you! Often referred to as shoulding all over yourself. And shoulding feels bad. You know why? Because its not in alignment with who you truly are. Its a belief given to you by another person, not your inner being and the only thing or way to happiness is by following your inner self. When you hear yourself say I should do this…..Stop and think about that feeling. Is it causing you to feel good or bad? When you say, I should clean my house….Is that what you want or is that what others want from you? I’m not saying to live in a pig sty! I’m not saying how you should live at all, I’m just asking “does it feel good or bad?”….You can always judge your alignment by how you feel. Try it just for today. Do only things that make you feel good! My promise to you is that the more you do to feel good, the more you will see and do things to feel good about. The next time you get a negative emotion, check in with yourself. Are you doing, saying, or being for yourself or are you doing, saying, or being for someone else?

Another emotion saboteur is other peoples vibrational energy flooding over onto you because they are so out of alignment, its spilling out. Once you are aware that your emotions can only be elicited by your own thoughts and not the thoughts of others, you have a better chance of avoiding the flood. Some people are more sensitive then others but the point is, you are in control and have responsibility for your own vibrational flow or emotions. You can choose how your going to feel by tapping into your inner self. It gets deeper, but it can become very easy for you to do.

The more you practice feeling how YOU want to feel instead of how others think you should feel, the better you will get at it. Less judgement and less expectation comes when you tap into your self. Resulting in less frustration, increased clarity, and new calmness. Once you gain clarity, eliminate frustration, and sit in a calmer place-it becomes easy to check your feelings and be less intimidated by others “shoulds” for you!

Here’s to YOU! Enjoy

Stress

Stress is just a word, but for some, it is a very powerful word. The word itself is a noun. Often people misuse it as an adjective. People experience 3 kinds of stress in the body: Physical, chemical or emotional. You can turn on stress with a thought. You can trigger disease from a pattern of thoughts. People even use stress as a narcotic.

Today I wanted to touch on the misuse of the word stress. In particular, labeling other people as stressful. This can occur when you begin feeling stress and another body is around you, you may then come to the conclusion that this person is the cause of your stress. I offer to you a change in your perspective. You see, other people can not inflict or cause stress upon you. You create stress from your own thoughts, not from other people. An example is if I was waiting in line to buy groceries and the person in front of me says the cashier is very slow going, I might experience elevated stressful thoughts. Including, “I don’t have time for this”, “how do I always get in the slow lane”, ” are you kidding me, I have to be at work in 10 minutes”…and so on….The person telling you about the “slow” cashier is not the creation of your stress, just a catalyst for thoughts. The cashier is not the cause of your stress, you don’t even know for sure she is slow! But you have allowed yourself to create an avalanche of thoughts and they are NOT serving you! Another example you might find a little more difficult to accept. I’m sitting at home thinking about cleaning my house and my Mother in law calls and says she is in the area and wants to stop by for a quick visit. All of the sudden, I am hit with stresses about “What she is going to think about my house not being clean, the dishes aren’t done, and the floor hasn’t been swept in three days, oh my goodness, what does the toilet look like?”. Is my Mother in law the cause or source of my new found stress or are my thoughts the cause?….People do not cause you stress, you do! How about this, I keep forgetting to put a file together for my boss and she has been wanting it for two weeks but I just haven’t gotten to it. Now I see her walking down the hall toward me and I think, “Oh crap, I don’t have that report done still”….Instant stress-By my boss, or by my thoughts? My thoughts again! Its easy for me to look at her and decide that she is the cause of my stress but she is not. My thoughts have created my own discomfort before my boss even opened her mouth! I can tell you that the sight of her gives me stress but that would be inaccurate because its the thought that I think when I see her that causes the stress. I’m literally doing it to myself!!….The point here is that other people do not have that power over you. You are the creator of your life and all experiences and emotions that come with it. If you are feeling stress in your life, take a look at your own thoughts! You will find that you have thoughts in there that are not serving you, they may be hindering you, and even causing you stress. As I always say, if you don’t like your life, don’t look around you, look inside you because the results of your life are your own creation. Its a hard pill for some to swallow because we have become accustomed to blaming others for our suffering. I offer you to take accountability for your results. I offer you to change what you don’t like. If you don’t like the stress you’ve been feeling, stop creating it! If you need help with your thoughts, contact Vybe Tribe for some inspiration and/or guidance to help you find and eliminate the ones that are not serving you! We are all deserving, we are all loved, and we can all benefit from our birthright if we just know how to claim it! We are meant to be happy and prosper. Change your thoughts and your body will follow! Have a great week!

Expect Wonderful Things

When you put your thoughts out there, you aren’t meant to just wait patiently, but you are meant to wait expectantly. Knowing that whatever you focus on or think about will be. Have you ever heard the saying, “you can do whatever you put your mind to”. Sounds cheesy huh? But putting your mind to something means thinking about it and we know that where focus goes, energy flows. Thinking IS energy that causes a vibration. The vibration goes out into your life. Now the vibration you are attracting is like vibration. Since all things are made out of energy, and you are sending out specific energy, it only makes since to conclude you will get the same energy frequency returned . Then the results/environment of your life is how the energy you are sending out is measured. By accepting that you are connected to the same compassion that we all are, you will find it easier to wait with expectation. If you don’t already have what you want, its because you are not expecting it. You have limited yourself to your current environment. You have had years of training in thinking you should not just expect things and its not so easy to give up years of training on limiting yourself, instilling bad habits, and striving for others expectations. I encourage you to live for yourself today. Do something you want to do. Do something you think is fun. Take time to be grounded and centered to your own wants and needs. And when you do, expect wonderful things!

7 Tips to Attracting Love

  1. Shift Your Mindset- You should be in surrender mode. Being guided by your mind will cause resistance to what the universe is providing. As long as your mind is in control you will not see the opportunities provided to you. Surrender and trust.
  2. Take Ownership- Of how you are showing up. Own it. What’s your role been in the past? Take note of how you contributed and own it.
  3. Love Yourself First- Be grounded in confidence, not from your ego but from Love. If you love yourself, you will put that out and nothing less can be returned.
  4. Visualize Your Lover- What soul, value, mindset, personality, and physical attributes do you see?
  5. Be the Partner you Seek- Its like the saying goes….what you put out, you get back. Your core values will stand out and resonate back to you with little to no effort.
  6. Let Go of Perfection Expectations- Perfection does not exist. If the important values are met, some things are micro and will not make a difference in love.
  7. Uncover Your Limiting Beliefs- Well all have them. If you are not in a loving relationship right now, you have one too! Find the limits your mind has set for you and destroy them with your mindset shift!

Feeling out of control? Dealing with Anxiety?

There is so much happening in the world right now and I’m sure you are reminded of that everyday! With so much change and uncertainty happening, we have noticed more and more people asking for ways to deal with anxiety, how to navigate through it and how to control it. Today I just want to make sure you are doing everything you can and are armed with the right tools for dealing with things like stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

Signs of anxiety can sometimes be hard to spot outright, so here are some tools and daily habits you can use to identify the signs and to manage the symptoms. If your feeling a bit overwhelmed or out of control these days and are ready to take back control of your mind, you can practice some simple steps to help you feel that much better.

First and foremost, you have got to address your anxiety symptoms. You want to identify your feeling anxious and not avoid the signs. Some of the symptoms are:

Nervousness

Feeling resstless or tense

sweating or trembling

breathing rapidly/increased heart rate

troubles sleeping

feeling fatigued

difficulty controlling your worry

Sometimes we default to hiding common anxiety symptoms with excuses. We just say we are burnt out from work, busy scheduling changes, or not getting enough sleep and just go on about our days. Unfortunately, its the unresolved issues that can cause anxiety symptoms to build up even more if they arent addressed. Anxiety should be taken very seriously. It can have negative effects on our physical and mental health if left unaddressed. So identifying the symptoms is the first step. Finding easy calming daily practices that bring you back to center is the second step. Here are my recommendations to you.

HIT the PAUSE

As we know, the mind is incredibly powerful. It houses the thousands of thoughts that we have everyday but unfortunately, our thoughts are not always keeping us in a state of happiness. That’s why one of the best things you can do to combat anxiety right in its tracks is to take a moment to pause. If you feel yourself getting anxious or even riled up, stop whatever you are doing and just be still. Pausing and focusing on the present moment and nothing else is the easiest form of mindfulness that you can practice. Taking time to pause is a great way to instantly shift your thought patterns and emotions to a calmer state.

DONT FORGET to BREATHE

Just after taking a minute to pause, try to take a few minutes to focus on your breath. Start by breathing in for 3 seconds, then hold for 3 seconds, and then slowly exhale for another 3 seconds. You can do this for a few minutes or until you feel your body start to relax. Release all of that built-up tension. The more oxygen to the brain the more help your brain will get in calming your entire body

VISUALIZATION

Using visualization to shift your focus toward the things that make you feel calm and happy is a great way to recenter your mind and pull you away from anxiety and worry in your thoughts. As the law of attraction goes, our lives tend to create more of what our minds focus on. So to avoid creating more anxiety and/or stress, try visualizing something as simple as yourself on a relaxing beach or overlooking a beautiful, calming landscape. This simple practice is a great way to shift your mind and get into a higher vibrational state.

MEDITATION

I know I say it a lot, but meditation is one of the most important tools in the bag. I use it for protecting my mental health, so I hope you can as well. I like to meditate first thing in the morning as its an incredible way for me to practice a daily check-in with myself and to calm my mind and to make sure I’m setting a positive tone for the day. You can do it at anytime and I should mention that I start and end my day this way. On occasion, more so lately, I will use this tool throughout the day when needed. You can do it anytime that works for you. If your struggling with anxiety and stress, I cant recommend this mindful practice enough. Try even just a few minutes during the day to help manage general stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. Plus, mediation helps you feel in touch with the universe and attract more of what you want!

TAKE a WALK

Going for a walk or getting in any form of exercise is a good way to tackle stress immediately. Staying active is good for our overall health but it also significantly aids in stress and anxiety related symptoms, as the influx in endorphins from exercising acts as a natural pain killer. Moving your body every day, even if its just a 10 minute walk, can have incredible benefits on sleep quality and in turn, lower our stress levels.

ACTIVATE the SENSES

Engaging in activities that activate your senses can quickly and easily tackle feelings of anxiety. Using your senses is a great way to shift your focus to something other than your anxiety, and instead to engage in activities that are beneficial to you. Here are some of my favorites: Listening to music, Using aromatherapy, taking a relaxing bath or shower, get creative through painting or writing, eating a healthy meal, drinking a calming cup of tea, or watching a funny movie or show.

Squeezing these recommendation for managing stress and anxiety into your everyday practice can help you get ahead of anxiety before it even starts. I hope you can take these tips and tools with you because your mental wellbeing is of utmost importance now more then ever. Here’s to a stress-free year!

Cheers,

Vybstat

3 Missing Mindsets

Stealing the Joy From Your Life

  1. Understand your birthright – It is your birthright to be completely fulfilled while enjoying your passion for life. *****Know this. Feel this. Live like this
  2. Self Love – You are unique and individual. You are loved and needed. You were created for a reason. ******Know this. Feel this. Live like this
  3. Gratitude – Being thankful for your life is the most misunderstood form of gratitude. Being grateful for the things you have is easy, being grateful the the things you do not have is a whole new mindset. You must accept gratefulness for what you have, everything you have ever had, and everything you are yet to have. Once you know your birthright, gratitude will show up. *****Feel it. Live like this

Release what’s not serving you

2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)..; the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

This reminds me of becoming connected through meditation. Once you have experienced the power of connection, you are a whole new person. You see the world completely different. Less stress, less hurry up, less chaos, less of everything negative and a steady increase in love, compassion, and life map changing. You become not only grateful for your material, earthly, shiny things but your whole life. You start letting go of the things that are not serving you. All the negative thoughts and emotions become less important to you, creating a more peaceful feeling. You start to see things you did not before. Everything all the sudden has a silver lining. You no longer look at the glass half full or half empty. Because all the sudden you are not worried about yourself. You no longer have that reptilian brain sitting on your shoulder saying “look out for #1″…Your focus isn’t yourself anymore. Its not about how much is in the cup, its about sharing your cup! Other peoples’ completeness and connection are now where you focus. Your life becomes less agitative, less negative and more positive. You aren’t seeing road blocks, you are seeing opportunities….To see life from a different map, I suggest connecting to source. The power of all people in one place. Some people aren’t using their power, but the intenseness is evident from the moment you enter the room! Thank me later!

For Your Good

When you are connected you free your mind of limiting thoughts and disempowering ideas. They are replaced with self serving thoughts and ideas for achieving your dreams and goals. You are connected and have a higher level of creativity. Diagnostic studies have shown significant increase in brain activity in both lobes simultaneously when meditating. Feel the power and bring it back with you. All things are good when your living your purpose/dream.
